It is ideal for tennis players and golfers. It has a unique lightweight design and comfortable unrestricting fit. It also provides rapid pain relief and compression to speed up the rehabilitation process. Always consult a physician. Wrap around affected area and only tighten until comfortable. Do not restrict blood-flow. Never wear overnight or while asleep. This product is CE approved & MHRA (Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency) UK registered. Instructions for use: Straighten arm palm face down. Position the round padded area onto the top protruding muscle just below elbow joint on the tricep. Wrap strap around forearm and tighten till firm but comfortable & secure Velcro.
