Should have read the 1st review here. The wedge is not a pillow or cushion at all, it is made of quite hard foam, which indeed feels like wood. If you try to sit with a book how the picture shows, you keep sliding down. Maybe this wedge can be used for some other purpose, no idea. Must mention that delivery and interaction on the return of goods were prompt.

Think hard before buying it. It feels quite cheap and is very hard. I feels more like wood than foam. If you want to return it you will have to pay pp and your pp will not be refunded. If not for that I would return it.

my spine is crumbling, I have restless leg syndrome and I also suffer from fibromyalgia. This product arrived the day after I also came down with flu and what a relief it has been. You can use it in the sleep position or reading position with the added comfort of an extra pillow which reduces the hardness of the wedge (and also stops your head lolling to the side and causing neck pain). It can also be used (in a single bed)at the side of you against the wall so that you can sleep on your side and use it to prevent you rolling onto your back in the first place. Last night my legs were stopping me sleeping so I used the wedge under my knees and instantly they stopped twitching and I was able to go to sleep like that.
I highly recommend this product for anyone with health problems and will be buying another for my mum who also has problems.
