It might not be as thick or as firm as similar products that I've tried before but it has the right balance between protection and profile. It keeps the iPad looking thin while offering adequate protection. Also looks and feels nice and all ports are more accessible than similar products I have tried. All in all very happy with it.

Decided to purchase this to stop the back of my iPad getting scratched. I have a smart cover on the front and wanted to still be able to see the engraving on the back. After reading a few reviews, this seemed to be a cheap option that would do exactly what I wanted. And it does...kind of. Fits fine with the smart cover but: looks as cheap as it is (i wouldnt say the material is 'clear gel' , more cloudy flexi plastic!) and the ipad can't sit on the docking station while wearing the cover. So I was having to take the cover off every night so that I could dock the iPad. It is now resigned to the cupboard and I'm back to having no cover. Ah well, it seemed like a good idea! I'll still use it if I'm taking it out, but not in the house, so for me, the use for this is pretty limited.

this is a good quality product that does as it says on the 'tin'. The only problem is that it isn't compatible with the clear screen protectors as it lifts them off the screen because of the snug fit.

This case fires perfectly on My iPad 3 along with the apple smart cover. A it's clear ish you can still see the apple logo on the back and it's discreet. A great buy.

Fits the new ipad/ ipad 3
