Billed as the book that lets you into the fitness secrets of the world best footballers, there is nothing here that can't be gleaned from most fitness books. The author admits that the top clubs are reluctant to share their fitness secrets. And its clear from this work that those "secrets" remain hidden. The exercises laid out here are pretty much what one would expect from any decent fitness instructor. Similarly, the fitness testing section contain material widely available on the web, or in book format. Competitively priced by Amazon, it may well be worth purchasing for its good value. But don't look here expecting to find any football related training secrets.
