OK ... Perhaps not everyone. Some would prefer a North American P-51D Mustang, an Messerschmitt Bf-109E, a Misubishi A6M Zero, a FockeWulf Fw-190D Butcher Bird, a Grumman F4F Wildcat or a Lavochkin Gorbunov Gudkov LaGG-3 ...
... OK, maybe that last one's just me.
There's a romance and magic to WW2 fighters, and the Mk2 Spitfire is a classic of the type. BUT ... and it's a major 'but' ... a number of the characteristics that made the Spitfire such a great fighter are present in this MODEL of the Spitfire.
Both the full sized Spit AND THE MODEL can be fast, agile and somewhat unforgiving. If you know what you're doing with this Parkzone Spitfire you have an incredible aircraft, but if you don't there is a major chance you will "stuff it" big time and end up forking out for repairs having never really got much fun first.
This is not a model to learn to fly with. This is probably not a "second model" either. This is a model to enjoy when the basic business of flying itself has ALREADY BECOME AUTOMATIC. Then your reactions on the sticks will be fast enough to cope and you'll enjoy it.
Just don't get it too soon. Learn to fly with something ELSE first.
