Bought a bunch of these books for my 4 year old son, who up until now has shown no interest whatsoever in learning to read. It seems the superheroes have captured his imagination and we now have to read one each night at bedtime. Just the right length for a bed time story, and simple words that he is already picking up. He's so excited about finally being able to read a full book to me, so he can get some level 3 books. Have already recommended these to other parents - and these books have also made great birthday presents for nursery friends.

This book is a great introduction to Superman for an adult reading it to a child it's a 5 minute story for a young reader it would take longer but the words are clear and the story is simple and easy to follow with great full page pictures- better then comic style books. My 3 year old son and 5 year old daughter love this book!! We will collect more in the range and I think in a year or so my daughter will be reading parts to her little brother. A great buy!
