Dissolves almost instantly under the tongue without the after-sludge of some of the larger tablets. So why didn't I give it 5 stars? Certainly not because there's anything wrong with this product. It's just that there is a better product (same manufacturer) which has been proven to reduce dementia, that you should probably buy instead Superior Source Shot Methylcobalamin B12 (1000mcg), B6 (2mg), Folic Acid (800mcg 60 Instant Dissolve Micro Tablets).
Modern food doesn't (any longer) contain the vitamins we need for healthy living. Vegetables and meat are grown too fast, and processed too much. B vitamins are especially important and are only available in any quantity from red meat (because they are manufactured in the stomachs of cattle and sheep). which a lot of people have stopped eating. So you do need supplements. And many people need additional supplements in this combination. See [...] for discussions
