This is a decent book about healthy smoothies. The list of super foods is very informative and most of the smoothies featured in the book are based on these super foods. Nutrition facts about each recipe are also very valuable info. Book is well written and recipes are well organized by their health benefits such as metabolism boosters, cancer fighters, immunity boosters and many more. I highly recommend this book for people who are serious about their health.

for anyone looking to start adding smoothies to their nutritional plan , then this is a great introductory book. Some great recipes in here and i like the way its split into smoothies for certain outcomes like weight loss, immune boosters, anti aging etc,

There's a good intro into the importance of using low GI produce, superfoods and proteins. I weight train a few times a week, so need alot of protein. All i do is add another scoop or 2 of high quality protein powder to every smoothie than i make, and i get an extra 15-30 grams of protein...result!

This is a super little book ,New and different recipes .easy to follow, with good results,I sometimes find it difficult to have 5 fruit & veg in a day, but very easy in a smoothie,

I tried the banana-cacao smoothie on page 37 and am a little concerned about the nutritional values. According to the recipe, it should only contain 280 calories yet the 1/2 cup of almonds which this recipe requires has well over that on its own. Now I don't know if this is a one-off error but it does make me start to wonder about the accuracy of the other recipes. It would be helpful if I could get a response on this.
