I had a pain in by back running down the back of both legs and in the top arch of my left foot. Wearing these insoles has left me pain free.They have worked for me and I have no problem recommending them.

Most people that buy superfeet know all about the benefits, so I won't waste time explaining.
Suffice to say i wouldn't go out for ANY walk without these in my footwear!

I used these in my running shoes but found them too stiff and uncomfortable so I have gone back to Dr Scholls.
