Product Description

Review

Great answers, right to the point, and very empowering. Superconscious Relationships is timeless in showing how to get to the bottom-line of healthy, satisfying relationships; yet remains relatable to the Millennial Generation. It shows you how to love yourself, and how to give and receive equally in a relationship by cutting through cultural clutter. By far the best relationship book I've ever read. --(Zack Shutt, Author of the Millenial Generation breakthrough novel Blogs of Wrath)

Margaret Ruth has an uncanny ability to get to the bottom of relationship problems. But what really sets her apart is her solid, practical, and effective advice about how to solve them. --(Christy Karras, Journalist and author of More than Petticoats: Remarkable Women of Utah)

5.0 out of 5 stars A better relationship guide 17 Sep 2010
By Emily Taylor - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
I had a visit with Margaret Ruth In January 2010. My first tarot reading with her was about 7 1/2 years ago. I always enjoy visiting with her and I really enjoy the tapes of the readings. Whenever I am feeling in a slump I can listen to the latest reading and I always feel better afterwards.

In January, Margaret Ruth offered to let me read a rough draft of the book. It's a pretty easy read and can be done in a weekend. I would suggest taking a little bit more time to read the book. I would read a chapter and let it digest. Then I would read it again. There are some chapters I've probably read at least 5 or 6 times over the last 8 months. Whenever I feel frustrated with life I pull it out and it feels like it is speaking to me and what is happening in my life at the time.

I definitely give this a 5 on the relationship book scale. I have read numerous relationship books. They all talk about how to deal with dysfunctional people. This is better. It teaches you how to be a happy person. If you're happy, you will attract happy people into your life.

I loved the end with the immutable truths. She suggests to post it on your refrigerator. She gave me a copy of that about 5 years ago. I have mine on the bathroom mirror. It's nice to read while I'm brushing my teeth.

5.0 out of 5 stars Makes a complex concept simple 25 Mar 2011
By Amazon Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
I'm an avid reader, and did not find any idea in this book that I had not seen elsewhere. But I have never before seen the ideas pulled together like this. It is a simple, clean, gentle, straight forward collection of concepts I've seen scattered haphazardly through innumerable self help and metaphysics books and courses. It almost comes across as too obvious, too simplistic. But she addresses that too.

You can read dozens of other books and pick out the same information, or read this. I agree with the other reviewer who said to read it slowly and take some time to digest it. It would be easy to read it in a single weekend or even a single sitting. But it really is worth reading slowly and letting the ideas settle.

5.0 out of 5 stars She gets it. 30 Dec 2010
By John Laird Hensler - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
This book is fantastic. It changed the way I think about relationships completely, and for the better. The concepts in the book are so easy to understand they should be considered axioms. I would recommend this book to anyone, as it applies to any stage of relationship. Understanding these simple-yet-hidden truths will no doubt help your understanding of what it means and what it takes to be in a healthy relationship, as opposed to what society or your parents or pop culture believe is a healthy relationship.
