Review

The finest success coach in the world today (Paul McKenna)

Michael has completely outdone even himself with this book. This is simply one of the best self-help books I've ever read and certain to be a classic for years to come. Michael's words go straight to the heart. By reading this book, you will feel lighter, more joyful, more able to enjoy this life in this moment. (Jennifer Louden Author of The Life Organizer and The Woman's Comfort Book)

I just completed Supercoach a week or so ago for the first time and I just finished rereading it this morning. This book is one of the best, if not the best book on coaching that I have ever read. What is so interesting about Supercoach is that you do not need to be a coach to benefit from reading it- you simply need to be alive. It is 252 pages of pure written gold. The stories, exercises and 'in a nutshell' summaries are simply powerful and this book will be a gift to so many. (Steve Hardison www.theultimatecoach.net)

I came across Micheal Neill through some of Paul McKennas work in 2008. I got to listen to Michaels 7 Myths and on the very first track i went woww...this guy knows what he's talking about. I listen to these myths often and my thinking has transformed to the point that i look back at my previous memories and i feel like it is a completely different person! I also signed up to Michaels website to receive his weekly blog updates and i have found a gem in each one that stimulates my thoughts and that has a practical effect on me. That is Michaels gift to people, he is not one of these fluffy airy fairy positive thinking people, rather, he speaks with an honesty that inspires you to think deeply about his words...and this very thinking in and of itself brings about the transformation in you. His latest book Supercoach is the most helpful and transformative book i have ever read. From the introduction to the very end, you will be challenged to take responsibility for the thoughts you invest your energies in and you will quickly realise the liberating power of learning to think from the inside-out. You will understand that everything is possible if you are honest with yourself and learn to be aware of your thoughts and how your thoughts ultimately create your life. This is NOT a positive thinking book, make no mistake, this is a book full of insights linked to 10 secrets (understandings) that has very simple and yet extremely powerful activities, that when completed in an honest manner by yourself, will bring you to a higher level of connection with people in your life and promote a mental and physical wellbeing like nothing you have ever experienced before.Read more ›

I am vastly impressed by Michael Neill even though I am also vastly irritated by NLP. The fact that he has been able to rise above that reservation of mine says a lot for the man as well as what he has to say. Absolutely excellent if you really want to change your life - and he does it with humour.

I got this book as I was stuck in a job I didn't enjoy and a mind and body that I didn't get along with. After reading through this book (and I plan to read it a couple more times to go through the activities properly, as I was just reading them for a first-run to get a jist of the book) and completely it today, I can confirm that this is the best self-help book I have read.
I'd previously read Paul McKenna's 'Change your life in 7 days' and 'Instant Confidence', followed by 'Feel the fear and do it anyway' and then 'Sort your life out'.

The truth is that a book cannot fix all of your problems.
However this book, along with the Effortless Success CD's that are done by Michael Neill and which I also got from Amazon, really work well in helping you have a positive mindset and giving you some true inspiration and realisation that you don't need everything straight away and that you don't Need everything as bad as you may think, e.g Money.

I'm only 19 and am trying to recover from a 4 year problem with insecurity in myself and this book is helping me in doing so and I know how lucky I am to be me in my skin and that problems can be resolved.

There is a reason why this book has such good feedback.
Did you know some people pay Michael Neill 10,000+ dollars in America for one-to-one coaching?
This book is ridiculously cheap for what it is. Get it if you want to improve your life.

Cheers Michael.

Michael Neill has really been hitting his stride in the last couple of years and I have become a great fan of his work. In Super Coach he offers his thinking on how achieving what one wants does not need to be hard or painful or 100%. There are some really thought provoking gems like 'have an average day', 'three levels of change', differentiating goals and projects to name a few. I have been trying to work with `good enough' for a couple of years and he has some really helpful suggestions. Great for all those struggling perfectionists out there!
I just wish authors would stop using the word 'secret' on the front page of self help books. Apparently it sells more books to have certain words in the title but for me it just takes away from the author's authority and trust worthiness. There really were no `secrets' uncovered in this or any other self-help book I read in the last 20 years. Super Coach makes a lot of sense because Michael connects and shares his thoughts in a unique way with humour and heart. Secrets or no secrets it will be a bestseller.

Imagine for a moment buying this book taking to the bath and reading it all the way through it was that wonderful to read. A coach friend of mine said "read Michael Neill, he is very good at transforming your thinking". They were right. I have read his other two books and this is the best yet. The sooner you read this and do the exercises the sooner you will begin to notice the effects. You might want to buy a note book and work through the book and then re-read it. Has it ever occurred to you that some coaching books don't go deeper enough well here is your answer.
