This has become a book that I take everywhere! It is a truly good read and contains absolute sense.It is not a diet as much as it is a whole view of a true life style change - which is truly inspiring, If you are looking for a new way forward, with no complications, diets or fussy exercise routines - this is for you. You can read it as a whole book, or in bits and pieces bu season, 'super food', or health issue. It has become my favorite gift to those I love - as I want them to live long and healthy lives too!

In conclusion: the book is well researched and has a lot of good advices, but I don’t like the recipes.
