I was on a flight to Gatwick when the young lady next to me was reading this book. I caught a glance of the Title, bought a copy and spent all my spare time whilst on holiday (on my own) reading the book. The information inside makes you realise the extent to which many of us are abusing our bodies by not eating the correct foods which our systems need in order to stay healthy and function at full capacity, or even at 10% above their current output. All of the fourteen Superfoods are simply basic foodstuffs which my mother always put on my plate as a youngster. Since reading the book and realising why the various components within these foods are necessary I have simply included many of the foods, not all, in my weekly, if not daily, diet. The result has been tremendous in the way that I feel, the extra spring back in my step and simply a feel-good factor, which were it there before, has returned. I can honestly recommend this book to anyone who thinks they need to do something about their health, but is not sure which way to turn or where to start.

I came across this book in New York a few years ago when it first came out. There were people queuing to buy it in a book store, so I got one too. I read it on the plane back to the UK, and since then I have used it times and times again. It is full of easy, down-to-earth recommendations, sensible advice and great recipes.
Once you have read this book, choosing healthy foods becomes easy – you just home in on the right sections in a supermarket or a local farm store, knowing what to get and how to combine the foods. Highly recommended.

I ordered this book after reading the GI diet, which mentioned certain foods were "superfoods". This title intrigued me to know more. The book is really about "Healthly Eating" However, it is so easy to eat the superfood way, that once you start and notice the benefits, you will not want to go back to your old ways of eating. Through eating this way, the main benefits I have found are;
Huge amounts of energy and vitality, even at the end of a long days work, clearer thinking, better skin and a leaner body. The results are evident within a week, but within three weeks you feel fantastic.
I can not reccomend this book enough to anyone who struggles to find the energy to make it to the end of each working day. Or who simply wants to improve their health. The book is easy to read and very informative. The book is certainly not a gimmick diet book, it really is life changing.

Very Good indeed
THe book is well written and not "preachy"
really interesting - rather extravagantly
