I was on a flight to Gatwick when the young lady next to me was reading this book. I caught a glance of the Title, bought a copy and spent all my spare time whilst on holiday (on my own) reading the book. The information inside makes you realise the extent to which many of us are abusing our bodies by not eating the correct foods which our systems need in order to stay healthy and function at full capacity, or even at 10% above their current output. All of the fourteen Superfoods are simply basic foodstuffs which my mother always put on my plate as a youngster. Since reading the book and realising why the various components within these foods are necessary I have simply included many of the foods, not all, in my weekly, if not daily, diet. The result has been tremendous in the way that I feel, the extra spring back in my step and simply a feel-good factor, which were it there before, has returned. I can honestly recommend this book to anyone who thinks they need to do something about their health, but is not sure which way to turn or where to start.
