This is the 3nd Diet book I have read by Joshua Montoya and again I am very impressed. The recipes are easy to follow and are delicious. I have not made all of them yet but I am looking forward to trying them. So far my favorite is the chicken salsa wraps..they are delicious. I also especially like the smoothie which I usually have in the mornings.

I love the list of foods separated into allowed/moderation/not allowed...helps to keep me on track

I've been picking up a lot of these super shred recipe books and this one is great both for the recipes and for the background info.

The chicken salsa wraps and coconut squash soup are among the favorites but I also like how this book breaks down the shred diet, what to avoid and what types of food to eat plus the mindset behind everything too
