I'm a great fan of De Bono, I've read several of his books and do use his methods in my life (creativity tools, six hats, etc.), but this package was a great disappointment.
The games are too simple and appear to be made as an intellectual challenge in game design - they all fail as edutainment.
The only game that might be of some interest is "the 6 hats game" where you apply the 6 hats method to 60 different situations written on cards. As it happens, time has caught up with this game - "card 48: telephones show pictures of who is calling" and "card 13:new cameras has re-useable film", can you say digital cell phone and digital camera.
The 72-page book suffers from a hopeless layout and typesetting making it hard to focus on the valuable lessons in thinking.
