Jenna Zoe is the founder of Foods To Love, an online healthfood supplier specializing in products free from wheat, gluten, refined sugar, dairy and eggs (www.foodstolove.co.uk). After suffering from candida and chronic hormonal imbalances, she studied nutrition in order to heal from the inside out. She came to the conclusion that the foods for optimum health are fresh plant foods - fruits, vegetables, wholegrains, nuts and seeds. However she refused to believe this could only be done by eating boring bowlfuls of steamed broccoli! Determined not to feel deprived while cleaning up her eating habits, she searched for ways to make healthy foods fun and colourful. This is a lovely book, well set out with lots of useful information, tempting recipes and pictures. Unfortunately, if this is not your normal diet, then there are a lot of ingredients (many expensive) you need to purchase before beginning any recipes.

I have only tried a few recipes so far due to the cost, but the power protein granola and spicy masala kale chips are already firm favourites.

I would recommend this book but not to those on a tight budget.

happy with the book as im trying to eat healthier. As with similar books, the ingredients are hard to get and you have to purchase them online and they are very expensive. Ive spent a small fortune.

really healthy snacks made at home. There are no healthy cereal bars on the market that don't contain nasty sugars in one form or another. This book has so many great snack recipes - I make them for my kids lunch boxes. Nicely laid out with colour pictures.

The recipes are delicious enough to stand up on their own, not just as an allergy/healthy alternative.
You can now have guilt free treats and look after yourself.
