Just got this fan today for this extremely hot weather and for our upcoming holiday. Fits really easily onto the pushchair and have put on her highchair too. My little girl loves it, she seems very amused watching it spinning, she does keep grabbing it and eating it as she thinks its a toy, she is 6mths old. Does need to be fairly close to her to feel the benefit but we love it and am very glad we read the other reviews before purchasing.

We used this product when we took our 5 month old baby to Bali in one of the hottest months over there. The fan attaches fairly easily but if you attach it to a bar on a buggy it will rotate around and occasionally came to rest on the little guys head. We werent overly worried as the protective plastic fan grill is good - so no fingers can get in but I'd be a little worried about long hair getting caught in it. That said, this is partly mitigated by the only other minor concern I have - which is that the fan is weak. It does blow out air and it did cool the little guy down but it wasnt quite what we expected. The upside of this of course is that the batteries are not sucker dry.
In summmary, good if you are going away to a hot place, take care attaching this to a pram or buggy.

This is a great idea and certainly does help with the heat a little. My baby also loves it as a toy. The problem is, for it to be affective, it has to be placed quite close to the baby. My baby pulls it off the pram and tries to eat it. She's 5 months. I just hope that her fingers won't get stuck in the holes. Worth getting but more peace of mind with a younger (to young to grab things) or an older baby (not interested in eating everything) I think. Just watch them carefully when they're at the stage of wanting to grab anything in sight.

Childs Battrey Operated Fan
The item is handy and a must for where we live in the summer, but i feel that the fan isn't strong enough. The item also took some time to arrive.
