I cannot believe how long it took for this soundtrack to become available. While the OST has been available for a few years, it differs considerably from the arrangement in the movie itself. So I'm glad it's been taken up by other orchestras to give it the treatment it deserves. However, I think for the music to be fully appreciated it has to be seen with the film. Preferably on an IMAX...on full volume...and don't forget your sunscreen! And sunglasses!
My only quibble is that the title of this track is misleading: on the album art it says "Sunshine Adagio in D Minor 28 days Later In the House in a Heartbeat". This track does NOT contain "In the House in a Heartbeat". It is one track, Adagio in D Minor from the movie 'Sunshine'. At no point is this track used in '28 Days Later' - their soundtracks are quite different. Same composer, different soundtracks. I don't know why this album art associates the two.
