My wife and I purchased one of these fans before our recent holiday in Tenerife for our 4 month old baby. During the day we attached the fan to the buggy to keep the little one cool in the heat. We were also able to attach the fan to sun beds and his cot to keep him cool while he wasn't in his buggy.
It was used almost 24 hours a day so make sure you take enough AA batteries to last the holiday and a screwdriver to change the batteries as it's not easy finding a hardware store in a holiday resort!
We were also surprised how many comments the fan got from other holiday makers who thought it was the best thing they had ever seen. We would never take a baby or small child on another holiday without one of these.

bought this for hol in portugal, temp over 20 every day and used it all the time and was good to use in the travel cot. definitely a good purchase to keep babies cool on hot days. clips on to the hood of the pram and very flexible arm too for moving positions.
I bought this fan for a holiday to Cyprus and wanted to keep my son as cool as possible in his pram. This fan affixes to the pram (or I used mine on the car seat as well) easily and securely via the spring peg and is easily positioned with a flexible arm. However, unless the fan is positioned close to you, you cannot feel it so it is only really suitable when baby is young enough not to be able to grab things. Better than having nothing at all, but quite expensive considering it's effectiveness.

A bit rubbish really

poor broke after 2 days
Hi bought this for my sons pram for our holiday in Cyprus, stopped working after 2 days, tried new batteries etc but nothing ended up in bin!

useless product
I have to admit this is the worst products I have bought for my son. You hardly feel any cool air coming out of it.
