Ingredients

1 capsule contains 100% of your RDA of Vitamin E. Other active ingredients include: selenium, argan oil, palm oil carotenoid concentrate and extract of melon rich in S.O.D. The capsule also contains the following inactive ingredients: glycerol, fish proteins, soya lecithin, beeswax, caramel colouring, vanilla, titanium dioxide, iron oxide and cochenille red.

Directions

Take 1 capsule per day, starting 2 weeks before and continuing during sun exposure. Then apply your usual sunscreen when in the sun. Swallow with a glass of water or a cold drink.
