I have spent a lot of time looking for a reasonably priced tablet as a gift for my father. I considered a Samsung Galaxy Tab2 10.1 after seeing some great deals at Christmas time, but the prices seem to have since risen to well above the £200 price mark again. I also considered a few other 7" tablets from major brands but realistically, he would probably benefit from a larger screen. I came across this tablet on another site for £134.99 delivered. There were a few good reviews so I took a chance.

I am really impressed with the overall quality of this tablet for the money. It's as fast as any tablet I've used before. Its slim and nice to hold and seems to run just about anything I throw at it with ease whether it be games or movies. browsing is snappy and its nice to have bluetooth on-board for wire free speakers and headphones.

There are a few issues I have found though. Firstly, it has 16GB of internal NAND memory, a Micro SD slot which now houses a 32Gb Micro SD and 1GB of system reserved memory (for the operating system). For some really bizarre reason, when I install apps, they install to the 1GB system reserved partition as default. Since some of the games available now can push 500MB+ this is a bit of an issue. It is possible to move some of the apps individually through the apps section in settings, but no way to tell the tablet to install apps to the 16GB internal memory as default. Ordinarily, I could live with this if it was my tablet but I'm not sure my father would remember how to do this and would continually have issues with space. The second issue is with the cameras. As you would expect from a 0.3 megapixel front facing camera and a 2.0 megapixel rear camera, the picture quality is grainy at best.

I have to agree with the review from R. Kennedy
Fantastic value for money for a Jellybean Dual Core tablet. I've now owned 6 tablets (including a Nexus 7) and this is by far the best I've bought. Make sure you get the BT model though as this doesn't need a firmware upgrade. Works perfectly straight out of the box! The 1280x800 IPS screen is a joy to behold and very bright. All in all highly recommended.

I bought this tablet of another major online electronics site. Have had it for about a month now and am totally pleased with it. Screen is great - thanks to the graphix processor, general speed is good. Form factor/weight is perfect, battery life is good enough and I am really wondering why anyone is spending £500 on an ipad. Fairly obvious why Apple's share's are a tad on the slide. Quality of it feels good too - I did buy an ipad case for it from Maplin on offer at £10 - it doesn't come with one - it doesn't need to coz it's brilliant as it is..:o.

I did have a few issues with it freezing but the firmware upgrade off the Sumvision site has fixed that - now it is even faster. It's not a hard upgrade if you are IT savvy - but the upgrade is recommended.

It's just the db's and I love it.. Have just started loading videos and music production software onto it - these Android tabs are brilliant.. Losing interest in the TV rapidly..

The tablet is excellent. The reason I have given it 4 stars is because I sent the first one back as it did not have Bluetooth as advertised. the cost to me was £10 so this this was extra to the cost of the tablet.

I have had a Sumvision Cyclone Voyager-BT since February 2013 and have this to be an excellent product.
I use it every day, playing games, surfing the net. In a word this machine really gets hammered. The only
criticism I have and this comes up in most reviews, is the battery life, which is poor, but this goes for a lot of
mobile phones as well. After saying that, at the price this is well worth the money.

My son in law has an ipad and compared to this the Voyager is much better value for money. It does all I want it to and is expandible.

For the money this is a great product as it does most things you need.
Obviously not as powerful/varied as the top brands but you should not be disappointed.
This is the 3rd one I have bought, so good product.
