Product Description

Product Description

Lily, a teenage girl, is sailing. An unexpected storm leaves the boat sinking, and she loses consciousness. She awakes in a strange land called Karisia, where she is the Queen. She finds an ally in Aaron James, a US student who arrived there after blacking out following a collision in an American football game. They suspect that they were both 'summoned' in error, as neither feels capable of their task.

Lily learns that when Karisia is in danger the Elder Lords can summon three people to help – the Warrior, the Queen, and the Magician. Their danger is from the invading Veosians.

Aaron's military plans all go badly wrong, with the enemy seeming to anticipate his moves. The rather quirky Lord Queld tells them that he thinks they are being betrayed...

5.0 out of 5 stars Excelllent Read- The Summoning of the three, 29 Mar 2011
I was recommended this book by a friend and must admit fantasy is not normally my choice of read. However after reading this book by R Evans i believe i may have been transformed. I found myself engrossed in the land of Kariasia. Would definatly recommend, and hope there is more to come!

5.0 out of 5 stars Good Young Adult Book, 2 Dec 2010
I really enjoyed the book, although that is hardly surprising considering as I am a young adult myself. It had a good storyline and plenty of twists that had me hooked from the first page to the last.

Good book, I hope to see more books by Robin Charles Evans soon.

OK, cards on the table - of course I'm giving this book a five star rating as I wrote it! I'm not going to be dishonest and log on under a false name as pretend to be a reader as that would be dishonest.

The book was intended for young adults, but I have had very positive responses from adults in their late-20's and early-30's, and also from readers as young as 10 and 11.

A kindle version of this book will be available within the next day or so.

I hope you enjoy the preview. I'm sure this book would make an excellent Christmas present for your niece or nephew!!!
