I was looking for a duvet that would be less hot than my current summer feather duvet but would keep me warm as the night became cooler. I read the reviews and this silk duvet seemed to fit the bill. Unfortunately although it feels different from a feather/down/ polyester duvet (it wraps round your body more) the overall effect is no different. It is pleasant and light to sleep under but my husband is hankering after our down duvet and to be honest I can't argue against it.
