Whilst waiting for this item to come I was using a carrier bag to line the car seat with and a towel on top.
This then arrived. Whilst it looks better than with a bag and towel I think the a bag and towel is more practical. In the picture it looked quite sturdy, if not a little rigid so I thought it would fit quite nicely. What I find is that as it is just made up of material it is flimsy and squashes and creases when you put your child in place.
Perhaps the design would be better if they had inserted a piece of plastic to give it more shape so that it would stay in place.
Overall thought - if your more bothered about how things look then go for it, if you don't then keep to a carrier bag and a nicely placed handtowel on the top.

Agree with comments of other reviewer. It sits OK in our car seat but everytime my toddler gets in it crumples up and slithers back so there is a lot of fiddling to get placement right. Plus point is that it has a flap to protect the buckle pad from accidents - important for boys. Have also used the wet-tec alternative which is a flat absorbant mat that has a loop to secure it so it doesn't move about however it doesn't have a flap to protect the buckle pad. Perhaps these manufacturers should get together and produce something that works!
This seat liner is good for the price. It does move around but as long I adjust it whilst my daughter is sat on it, it stays in place.

a must have when potty training!!
I purchased this based on a recommendation from a friend and its saved my car seat on a couple of occassions! Its a must have for anyone potty training!!
