I was totally dissapointed with this product and wished I hadnt spent so much time trying to find one. In theory it looked like such a clever product which would give us peace of mind during the night but baby hated it from day one. He screamed every time we put him down. He just looked so uncomfortable in it. Its a very small thing positioning him in it was so difficult. The foam cushions on either side are held down with velcro so every time you tried to reposition them you would wake the baby up. The positioner to reduce flat head is just a piece of purple plastic that you move from side to side to remind you which way the baby was facing when you last put him down. What a load of rubbish!!!! We ended up using a rolled up towel on either side. Dont buy it.

No head support 27 Sep 2009

I'm not sure how this is supposed to provide head support -- there's none as far as I can tell. I do like the actual positioner aspect, though; it's nice and snug, a better fit than the other positioner we have. Just wish it cradled the head more.
