Product Description

Flavour Name: 100g Earl Grey Blue Flower

Product Description

Bergamot flavoured black tea. This is identified through the Triple certification (Fairtrade, Organic and Rainforest Alliance).

Suki Tea was first set up in 2005 by business partners Annie and Oscar in their quest for the perfect cuppa. After both having spent time travelling in Asia they returned to Northern Ireland inspired with a vision to provide a high quality loose leaf tea delivered with a ceremonial experience. Belfast’s Boutique Blender started on a farmers market and has a healthy demand worldwide.

Wishing to provide their customers with the freshest of fine, quality loose leaf tea, herbal infusions and fruit blends from around the world; the pair made ethical sourcing their priority whilst delivering a quality and fresh product. The company’s efforts in ethical sourcing were highlighted in 2012 when they introduced the UK’s first Triple Certified Teas (Fairtrade, Organic and Rainforest Alliance Certified) in their blends of Earl Grey Blue Flower, Darjeeling Bannockburn, and Green Luponde.

Still hand-packing tea with a close knit team of 11, they are winners of over 26 Guild of Fine Food Great Taste Stars and multiple industry awards ... Suki Tea truly is ‘Tea as it Should Be’.

Ingredients

I first came across Suki teas when I visited a cafe at a garden centre in Brought Ferry. We had afternoon tea and they served this as their tea of choice. What a taste sensation! It's slightly malty with a fantastic balance of Assam tea and Tanzanian tea that gives a depth of flavour that you will want to go back for time and time again. And what makes this so different is the size of the dried leaves. They're gutsy, not powdery or tiny and I think it's this that makes it stand out from the crowd. I would highly recommend you try this. You will not regret it!

I had this tea at "Valerie Patisserie" and really liked it very much, fragrant etc etc. When I bought this from amazon, it really tasted bland. No fragrance whatsoever. Not worth it for that price.

I would just like to say like the previous review that we too had the tea when we were away on holiday. I asked for the name and was told and shown the packaging so of course I ordered it and it 1st didn't smell of anything when I opened the packet, 2nd it tasted as dull as dishwater NO TASTE what so ever even with 4 heaped teaspoons in the infuser tea pot. We were so looking forward to a wonderful cup of tea and am totally unhappy about the taste. It is not a cheap tea so I am bitterly disappointed.

This is now my favourite tea. Large leaf tea not the dust you get in tea bags. Gives a beautiful rounded taste with a lovely colour. No bitterness even if you accidentally over brew.

I sought out this brand of tea after tasting it at a cafe. It has so much more flavour than most tea bag teas and I am now a complete convert to loose tea.

I have recently discovered loose leaf tea to aid giving up smoking. This has quickly become my favourite tea. It has a smooth and refreshing quality that I haven't found with my usual teabags. I can really tell the difference between decent tea and the cheaper bags now. This tea has none of the bitterness that some teas produce. I can brew the leaves twice by saving them in my infuser, which makes the tea good value for money. I've converted my co-workers to this tea too, and have bought it as presents. I like this tea so much that I've started drinking it as my first cup of the day, making it even in my half-asleep, caffeine-deprived morning state!

This red berry tea is a great cup of tea - probably my favourite so far of the Suki Tea range.

I had this tea in a cafe in London and loved it, so when I got home I looked it up and was so pleased to find I could buy it from Amazon. Not cheap, but a lovely treat and doesn't taste like the bad fruit tea bags.

For some reason, I had to buy three bags of it before I could click on "Buy Now". I think this has got something to do with it being on offer if I spent £10, but I didn't want anything else, so I bought enough bags for the order to go over £10 and made sure I selected free delivery, or the delivery charge was going to be more than the tea!!! So be careful when you are ordering.

I'm going to give some, and a nice teapot, to my friend for her birthday, as I think it will be a nice treat for her and it will use up one of the extra bags I had to order!
