Are you looking for the real life purpose and how to be happy? Well, we all are. We may not realize it but deep within we are all searching for eternal happiness. Raf Adams gives a clear overview about the journey of life through his Life Journey Model and how to find happiness. It took me some time to digest the model but it creates great clarity about my life and the direction I should be heading.
I've read a lot of book on spirituality, Buddhism and personal development but can honestly say that this books stands out because of it's profound models, the combination of all teachings into one model is amazing.
Life is long journey and I feel this book was for me the next step in my life. It not only provided me with more clarity but also a few practical tools to live a happier life.
This book is very powerful, I urge you to read it... enjoy !

I have been very down the past couple of years. With the economy the way it is, no raises out my company for 3 years running. Getting out of bed every morning wondering "why the heck am I even going in?" has become almost a daily routine! I've just been in a rut, wondering "why?" The Suited Monk was eye opening. It made me realize that I really can be happy, but it has to start within. I highly recommend this book!
