Wow! Soooo easy 'when you know how'. Frances McNaughton's little book is full of clever, easy ideas that you just wouldn't think of for yourself. The owls are just full of character.

I think this book is ideal for beginners or perhaps children. I was rather disappointed to find it so basic, I thought the birds would be a little more lifelike.

This is just what I wanted, and so cheap. Really pleased with my purchase. It could have done with some 'jokey' birds so that they would appeal more to small children (hence the four star rather than five) but on the whole, a good buy for cake decorators.
