Sue wrote the first edition of 'Integrative Counselling Skills in Action' when she was Course Director of a postgraduate counselling diploma at the then Polytechnic of East London.
From 1991 - 2002, she free-lanced in training and development where much of her work centred on the application of a counselling model and skills to managerial and supervisory roles. She was also Clinical Director for an organisation providing Employee Assistance Programmes. In 2002, Sue began her collaboration with Tim Bond.
Now retired, she devotes her time voluntarily to the Britten-Pears Foundation and its Oral History Project; she also chairs a local Decorative and Fine Arts Society. The counselling model and skills are as useful to her in these domains as they ever were.
