8 of 8 people found the following review helpful By R. Mountjoy on 2 July 2007
Format: Hardcover
This is probably the best book so far written on fishing for sea trout. It even exceeds the book by Falkus (albeit by a small margin).

Refreshingly free from the naf cliches that make many current fishing writing almost unreadable and it is uncluttered with the endorsements that make some publications a little suspect.

Well written and easily digestable yet it has the depths to sink into.

Recommended to anyone fishing for sea trout beginner or expert.

Format: Hardcover
A decent book but not as good as the excellent 'Sea Trout Fishing' by Hugh Falkus, the undoubted master of this branch of angling.

this is a great book for new comers and experienced sea trout anglers, a brilliant guide. But your own trial and errors is the only way to learn. every water is different. this book will give you an incite into the where, why and how and its a good read too. sea trout angling (like any other type of angling) is a question of weather, water levels, environment and your own temperament. mr harris and mr morgan will point us in the right direction but but they cant put the fish on the hook
