An excellent starting point for any wanting to understand Risk Assessment. Easy to read and comprehend, with useful examples and insightful advise. Starting with Qualitative activities and moving on through to the Quantative analysis and modeling, each stage is covered in easy to understand steps.
If you are involved in projects or are about to be, then this is a must read.
Having read through Donald Teale's, Project Risk Assesment, I now feel I have a much better grip on risk assessment and I am better able to explain the process to others.
I found this book to be incredibly interesting and useful and is never far away from my desk for reference. I couldn't recommend this book highly enough!!
