This book will not give you any in-depth insight into the complexities of project management, but it will give you a broad overview to the mechanical management of projects. It's an easy read and a good start for anyone needing to learn the basic concepts and structure of projects.
The book could be enhanced greatly if it had a chapter dealting with project methodologies.

This is excellent if you just want a nice, brief overview of the fundamentals of project management and to cut through all the jargon usually associated with business texts. Quick and easy to get through and especially good for aspiring Project Managers who aren't quite sure of what they're letting themselves in for.
