Format: Paperback
Success to me has always been hinged on one aspect which is leadership. After reading this book on project management and success those ideas were drastically changed. This book is written in such a way that you have to learn from it. It challenges you to not only use your ideas on success to create success but it gives you other realities that exist.

When i first started reading the book, the very first thing I took note of was the table of contents. The structure of it was such that I knew there would be a lot of content but it was all summarized and categorized to different areas that I would clearly understand. The actual content of the book will revolutionize your concept of success. Reading this book will only benefit you and for all those who are looking for a change in their business or project this is the ideal book to read.

The key facts and exercises in this book will also help you and give you examples of how you should go about changing your business from unsuccessful to successful. This is a great and inspiring read. It inspired me to pay closer attention to the things around me and those who I work with to ensure I have a good environment. It also showed me how meeting customer's needs should always be priority. This book is a great read for everyone especially those who are trying to get a better grip on managing their projects.
