5.0 out of 5 stars Coaching - everyone can learn to score !, 10 Sep 2003

Mr. J Cartmell (Killingworth, Tyne & Wear United Kingdom) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Successful Coaching in a Week (Paperback)
Having read a number of 'self help' books that are difficult to apply to a working environment and ultimately get lost somewhere in the middle of the process, I can recommend this book as an easy to follow, step by step guide that is written in a common sense way that is geared towards applying learning to your every day tasks. The author has taken care to write the book in a clear and relatable way that is specific to the job in hand and is refreshingly free of psycho-babble. As I read the book, I applied the principles and have had no hesitation in recommending the book to managers in my team. It has helped and is continuing to help impart a culture of change thoughout our organisation.

4.0 out of 5 stars A good introduction, 27 Oct 2005
By A Customer
This review is from: Successful Coaching in a Week (Paperback)
I am a qualified coach but needed to give an overview on coaching at a basic level to a colleague.
This book was the perfect starting point.
This is not a definative book on coaching nor does it pretend to be.
If you want a basic overview of coaching this is the book for you
