An excellent guide to developing leadership skills. Gary Bailey takes an unusual but enthralling approach by using examples from Sir Alex Ferguson's 25 year reign at Old Trafford. The book has excellent tasks that encourage reflection and the development skills. Essential reading for any level of manager.

I am an avid United fan and have only just started to read this book. Due to the festive period I haven't covered much although the first few chapters really marry up business and football together. Worth the purchase.
