Got this book in a closing down sale. I laughed myself silly in the shop when I read it and decided that it would make a good birthday present for a friend of mine who has a very aloof cat, not called Pebbles by the way but she is a posh card.

If you want a book that is just plain funny, with no words but excellently drawn pictures then this book is for you. Told entirely from the perspective of SobBo's cat, this is the story of SuBo's rise to fame, bought about entirely by Pebbles who after being dragged kicking and screaming from the pet shop by SuBo decides that she is going to make a new owner a star.

This book takes a wonderful poke of the life of celebrities, especially those celebrities who are "oven ready" which many X-Factor stars are, SuBo (and I am a fan by the way) is no exception.

This is a book to give to friends who love cats and to people who love a laugh. Well worth the cheap as chips price I paid for it!

Brilliant! Thoroughly enjoyed every page. The more that you look at each page the more detail and humour becomes evident. Highly recommended!

The evil cat, Pebbles, is a character to be afraid of and her manipulation of poor Susan is at times sinister but with hilarious nuances!
