Format:Paperback
I ordered this on spec as a study guide to supplement the IB Psychology textbook we are using at school: John Crane & Jette Hannibal's IB Course Companion: Psychology: Psychology Course Companion (IB Diploma Programme). As this study guide is also written by Jette Hannibal, there's a good deal of consistency between the two books, which is very comforting to students new to the course. Whilst the textbook provides a broad range of explanations and detail of studies, the guide provides a more potted version, but its real beauty lies in the way it is organised; it is arranged by the specific sections of the syllabus, and so for any student who is uncertain about any topic, it gives a clear and neat overview. I would not recommend it as the only textbook a student should use, as I do not think it has enought background explanation for all topics, but as a support for revision it is excellent.
