This book provides a usefull guide to aal dental practice office and administration requirements.
I found it helpful in all areas and it is set out in an easy to understand format.
Altogether a very good book.

This Book is a great overview of what goes on in the business part of a dental office.
The main thing which is needed is a knowledge of the practice management software
The CD includes a truncated version of Dentrix, which is very popular with dental offices.
