Available for free on the textbook CD

This study guide is included for free on the CD that comes with the textbook, so there's no reason to pay extra for a hard copy. The preface to the textbook says that the study guide is available separately for students who want to study without a computer.

If you are forced to use the truly terrible book that this study guide is for, then this is a wise investment. The book has very few examples, so the study guide helped a lot when i was completely lost. Although this guide usually shows how to work every other problem, ensuring that you will find similar problems to the ones you are assigned, sometime it will have huge sections of the problems that it leaves out, which is why i gave it 4 stars insead of 5.

Has answers with explanations. Only odd problems, though, a shame. I just copied down the answers for the homework and the explanations were enough to get me through the even-numbered problems.
