The Nelson Thornes book has modules (1) and (2) in it, but none of the option modules, which knowledge of one is required for the final exam. We were taught turning points as our option module. The only other textbooks I could find with this module in were the CGP revision guide (which I have found to be over simplified, and missing essential parts) and the Letts revision guide. Revision guides are OKAY but they are what they say on the tin; merely revision guides.
This textbook is written similarly to the Nelson Thornes book. It contains decent explanations and more challenging equation deriving made easy. The best part is, it contains both mandatory modules (1) and (2) but also all of the option modules! The only downside would be the lack of questions and answers to try yourself, but you can't have it all.
A must-buy for the course, enabling you to potentially reach the A* grade, yes it is possible!
