I'm quite a health conscious person as well as a food-lover, so I scoured the shelves of book shops to find a student cookbook that would fit both my needs. This book is absolutely perfect, it has a range of easy but delicious dishes, that use minimum ingredients. A lot of recipes use similar ingredients so you feel like you're not wasting anything either. If you're bored of baked beans and omelettes then I would definitely go for this book... although there is an onion and blue cheese omelette that might be worth a try!
