Product Description

Joan Sanderson's life is stuck. Her older sister, Allie, is starting a family and her younger sister, Tori, has a budding career. Meanwhile, Joan is living at home with Mom and looking after her aging grandmother. Not exactly a recipe for excitement. That is, until a hunky young doctor moves in next door. Suddenly Joan has a goal--to get a date. But it won't be easy. Pretty Tori flirts relentlessly with him and Joan is sure that she can't compete. But with a little help from God, Allie, and an enormous mutt with bad manners, maybe Joan can find her way out of this rut.
Book 1 of the Sister-to-Sister series, Stuck in the Middle combines budding romance, spiritual searching, and a healthy dose of sibling rivalry.

Synopsis

While her sisters are making lives for themselves, Joan Sanderson helps Mom care for Gram. When a hunky guy moves in next door, life gets interesting.

A harmless book 20 Feb 2011
Format:Kindle Edition
Good read for free, but would have been disappointed if I'd paid.

The story doesn't seem to get very far (maybe to make you buy the other books?) and seems to go around in circles a bit.

Also, be warned if you don't like Christian books, as this is quite stongly Christian in its influence and story.

Stuck in the Middle 2 Mar 2011
By Jovi
Format:Kindle Edition
Ist book Ive read by Virginia, I downloaded it as was free. Found myself quite hooked to the book throughout and nearly missed my bus stop several times. Even though mentions religion quite a bit, dont be put of by this as I am not a religious person at all and found it to still be a good read. No have another of her books downloaded to start.

Complete rubbish 28 April 2011
By Miss J
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
The first couple of pages were okay, but then we got into some backwoods American Christian propaganda. What drivel, badly written, ridiculous story, can't really say more as the book isn't worth any more of my time.

Simple, easy, inoffensive
Like a written episode of 'The Walton' from the 1970's, read it to pass the time or read it for an insight in to another world. It was pleasant, twee and inoffensive. Read more

Another free Kindle book and was hoping I would enjoy it. Whilst I'm not put off by the religious theme to it, I am finding the main characters somewhat irritating. Read more
