This seasoning is excellent. I cant believe how nice it is. This is not like some product describing it's flavor as smoked with out the smoke if you know what I mean. You want smokey flavor on your meat kind you use it, finger licking smokey tasting chicken meat or fish. You dont even have to marinate it for long. I seasoned my chicken which marinated over night and a few mintues before putting it into the oven added it on.
My chicken came out with the smokey smell of a summer's day babeque. A must have espically for those of us with out a babeque and live in a flat with out access to back garden space.
