I have been making my own bbq sauce for pork ribs for years. I recently bought this product to see if it would improve the flavour. I would never make bbq sauce without it again.

Slightly nervous about ordering this product, but with 60 chicken breasts to smoke in double quick time, this turned out to be just the job.
The smell when you open the bottle is very strong, and we didn't leave the meat in the marinade for the suggested 30 mins as we wanted a quite subtle smoke. That said, we got brilliant results with this product, it's a cheaper solution than buying in smoked meats which tend to be very expensive.
Our order was dispatched very promptly as well.
