After a long hiatus from the country music scene Sara has finally come back with new music and it has been worth the wait!
It includes the huge hit that resurrected her career A Little Bit Stronger (written by Hillary Scott of Lady Antebellum),plus the beautiful ballad Alone which is sure to be a future hit.Sara seems to have a knack for picking a great pop song and making it her own,like she did with I Could Not Ask For More.This time she covers My Heart Can't Tell You No which she does to perfection.
There's also lots of catchy uptempos such as Desperately, Anywhere and Ticket To Ride,plus there's a special Bluegrass version of her signature hit Born To Fly as a thank you to her fans.
Produced by Nathan Chapman (Taylor Swift) and Tony Brown (Reba McEntire) aswell as Sara and her brother Matt, Stronger takes over from where Real Fine Place finished with the same refreshing Pop/Country sound that is uniquely Sara Evans.And her voice is sounding better than ever.
With this gem I'm certain Sara is back on the country scene for good this time.

Discovered this music on a long haul flight out to India and kept on playing it the most part of the way. So loved it I bought the CD immediately I arrived home and have been playing it many times since. I find the lyrics very sincere and love country and western anyway. Thoroughly recommend this for long-term enjoyment.

I love Sara's voice and right from the start ( 3 Chords and the Truth) I have been a fan.She's made some great tracks along the way (Greyhound Bus, Suds in the Bucket etc.)but there is not much here that is as good as those. It's a lot about the choice of material,not 'country' enough for her voice.
