3.0 out of 5 stars Tight Fit 12 April 2014

The lamp does what it's intended for but the actual fitting of the strip bulb is tight with not much room either side for the contacts. It will work if you fiddle a little and line it up correctly. Be careful and take this in to consideration. You may find, depending on the seller, that no plug is fitted or even supplied.

4.0 out of 5 stars Neat attractive lamp 24 Sep 2013

A neat and attractive lamp. I ordered two and they arrived quite quickly. Unfortunately one of them did not work. Fortunately I am a practical kind of guy so it was no problem to strip down the faulty lamp and locate a broken cable which should have been attached to one of the contacts to the lamp tube. A swift spot of soldering, it should have been attached with a screw but it was the eyelet terminal that was broken, and it was up and working. While it was stripped down I noted that the pull switch was a quality product.
