you get what you pay for, and I wish I paid more.
these just don't work, they come on in the slightest shade (even during the day); then last about 15 minutes before going out.

Hi, These little lanterns (about the size of a cricket ball) look very effective and work well. They are a bit of a fiddle to assemble each globe, but can be done easily with patience.

These lights were smaller than expected, but they are built to stand the weather and be left out all season. They add a nice bit of colour to my little outside area. They don't give off light enough for lighting up an area but they add a nice ambient light.
I like the fact that you can turn them off, or have them on and allow the sensor to determin when it is dark and have them come on automatically.
Overall I am happy with my patio lanterns.

No problems so far

Rubbish!
I have a garden full of solar lights and these are by far the worst.

Faulty BUT no quibble & very quick refund....
These lanterns did look lovely and when they worked they were great and really effective however they only worked intermitently and then after a couple of days not at all. Read more

Its okay for around the sun shade/umbrella pole
As each of these lanterens are about the size of a tennis ball, the look great wrapped around the umbrella pole and thats about it. Read more

efficient
arrived in good time and condition...within 10 minutes hung around garden cabin and by next day sufficient solar power to operate lights and ahve been on every night since!
