Strike a pose Daizy Star is a great book which I read in a day because I just could put it back! It's about an 11 year old girl called Daizy, her 2 sisters (Becca, 14 and Pixie 6), her patient mum and crazy dad. She is still trying to find her star quality and become star of the week in her class with her cool teacher Mrs.Moon when suddenly Dad turns life around with yet again another mad, midlife crisis plan!

I strongly recommend this book to anyone who likes other Cathy Cassidy books or Jacqueline Wilson, because the two have very similar writing style.

I absoloutely loved this book! I was hooked from the first sentence and you won't be able to put it down! All the way through this book you will be laughing as you follow the hilarious adventure of Daizy! She is such a lovable character and Cathy makes her seem real as she does with all her characters in her other books! I would definetely recommend all of cathys reads and most certainly this one! Fantastic book and fantastic author!
