Format:Audio CD
I bought this CD and the other Strictly CD with Bruce Forsyth at the same time and they are both incredible. The songs on this CD instantly remind you of all your favourite dances. They are well sung and at the right tempo for the dances. A must for your collection if you are a Strictly fan.

Great versions of classic songs featured in Strictly Come Dancing on TV. Slightly longer versions than those used on the show. Really well produced by the great band and singers who feature on the show.
As a fan of the show, many of the tracks bring back memories of the dances ... can't hear "Hot Hot Hot" without picturing Mark Ramprakash in my mind! Also the Tango tune that Vincent and Flavia danced to last year ... absolutely mesmerising.
Highly recommended for anyone who likes dance music.

Format:Audio CD
This is quite fun as easy listening, but not very much good as dance music. Which is odd, considering that THAT is what it's meant to be. The overwhelming impression is that the music is LOUD. 'Let's Get Loud' is one of the best tracks, but many more are not really danceable. The rumba tracks, in particular are just at silly speeds - far too slow to be able to dance to at all. 'Lost' is good - but undanceable.
If you are a dance teacher, wanting 19 inexpensive tracks, take a listen to the previews in the MP3 shop, and you will probably agree with me that there are only about four/five really danceable tracks on the disk. Having said that, at the price, I'm glad I bought it - it's good fun (good in the car - rubbish on the dancefloor).
The BEST feature, is that Bruce Forsyth doesn't reprise his singing role on the previous SCD CD. Sorry, Bruce.

Brilliant!
Great selection and the band sound fantastic. I much prefer the tracks on this cd to the one with Bruce Forsythe on the cover. Certainly puts you in the mood for dancing.

Strictly Not bad
A reasonable selection of the tunes used in the Strictly Show, but looses something without the visual effect of the dancing.

Good one
This is a great dancer's CD. All tracks are high quality with excellent tempo. Lots of punch in the delivery when required but subtle and smooth as suits the dance. Read more

I bought this as a present for my Mum, she loved it.It had a good selection of music for a range of the dance styles.

Strictly Come Dancing Music
Anyone who enjoys Strictly will love this CD. which is full of music and songs from the show performed in their usual style by Dave Arch and the band. Great stuff!
