I got this as I was starting to run more and more and I wanted a good book on stretching. It doesn't disappoint. There are drawings and explanations on every different stretch. Some may find the drawings a bit basic but they are very clear and that is the most important point of any illustration. It also has stretches for many sports and activities, tennis, weight training, trekking etc. As well as stretching for everyday, i.e upon getting up, before going to bed etc
If you are looking for a general stretching book, look no further. I highly recommend this book.
